Porn Star Martini
We used a couple of substitutions in our recipe. The original calls for passion fruit and Passoa, but here’s our version that we made for our 3rd episode Porn in the U.S.A.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 shots vanilla vodka
- 1/2 shot glass simple sugar syrup
- 1/2 shot glass lime juice
- 1 shot St Julian’s Passionfruit and peach sparkling cider
- 1 shot champagne (we used Cook’s Brut)
- Peach slices
Combine:
Vanilla vodka, sugar syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker (rather than adding ice, we chilled the vanilla vodka in the freezer), shake well. Pour a shot of Sparkling cider in a martini glass and add the contents of the cocktail shaker, garnish with peach slices. Serve with a shot of champagne (your choice) on the side. Alternate between drinking the martini and the champagne.
